Welcome to our Family-owned Independent restaurant, McBain’s By The River, situated on the bank of the River Ness next door to the famous photographed Old North Church and the Victorian built Grieg Street Suspension Bridge.
We welcome guests to our Restaurant, here in the heart of the City Centre of Inverness in the Scottish Highlands to enjoy the views up and down the river, We serve fresh cooked food to order using locally sourced ingredients, from lobster, scallops, halibut, seabass to Highland venison, 28 day matured beef, chicken and game.
